What We Offer
Abrasive Blasting
Sand blasting, sometimes known as abrasive blasting, is the operation of forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high/low pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface, shape a surface or remove surface contaminants, such as paint. Proper prep is key when powder coating to give the powder a good surface to adhere to.
Chemical Stripping
Chemical Stripping is the process in which metal-based objects are stripped of things such as paint, filler and lacquer. The process is designed to strip all coatings and chemicals that are attached to the metal, leaving nothing more than bare steel by the end of the process. We use Greensolv's Wheel strip. Good with aluminum and ferrous metals. Some toxic chemicals can damage parts made of specific metals like magnesium. Ours does not.
Masking and Plugs
As a full service powder coat shop, PCC offers the custom and precision masking and plugging solutions as needed for the parts and assemblies we powder coat for you. Whether it’s a low-volume or a high-volume request, precision masking and plugging is essential to the quality of the deliverable. Custom masks can be designed & 3D printed in-house. No more outsourcing and time spent waiting.
